Position Overview
As a Lube Bay Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other general maintenance tasks. This is an entry-level position with plenty of room for growth, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start a career in automotive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other essential maintenance services.
- Inspect vehicles for basic issues and identify areas that may need further attention.
- Ensure the proper disposal of used oil and fluids in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Keep the lube bay area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers about recommended services.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive maintenance or as a Lube Technician is a plus, but not required.
- A strong willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
