Job Summary: As an Automotive Technician for Subaru you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of our customers' vehicles. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to our dealership's reputation for excellence in automotive service. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on various vehicle makes and models.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues accurately.
• Conduct thorough vehicle health checks to identify potential problems and provide detailed repair estimates to customers.
• Execute repair work efficiently and in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify complex issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and advancements through continuous training and development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
• A valid New York State driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to repairs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. 
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ASE certifications or other relevant automotive certifications are a plus.
• Understanding of automotive air-conditioning systems.
