Job Description
Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical repairs on conveyor, bottling, and packaging systems.
+ Change motors, drives, belts, and gear boxes.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment faults.
+ Field service calls throughout the facility to diagnose and resolve issues.
+ Fix machine and conveyor stoppages, change bad cylinders, fix photo eyes, and replace chains.
+ Conduct preventative maintenance during designated cleaning windows.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude.
+ Experience with preventive maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting, gearboxes, motors, and conveyor systems.
+ Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
+ Experience with welding and electrical systems.
+ Must have own basic set of tools.
+ Must be able to work one weekend day.
