Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

1. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and effectively manage the service schedule to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
2. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their automotive service needs, provide accurate information, and establish trust and confidence.
3. Service Advising: Assist customers in understanding the scope of required repairs and maintenance, providing detailed explanations, and obtaining necessary approvals.

Qualifications:

1. Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide a positive service experience.
2. Automotive Knowledge: A solid understanding of automotive services and repairs, as well as the ability to explain technical information to customers in an understandable manner.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is required.

We are a 7 technician, 14 bay facility, plus to alignment rcks. we work on 15 or less cars per day not 3 plus like the dealerships. More pay less stress!!
