Experienced Mechanic

We are hiring an experienced mechanic to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, timely repair, and maintenance of a variety of vehicles. We repair everything from classic, diesel, late model, and RVs.

Experience with engine repair, chassis, electrical, a/c, brakes, suspension, and diagnostics is required. Computer competency and basic writing skills are needed to manage part purchasing and work orders.

What the Automotive Mechanic/Technician role looks like:

-Prepare vehicle records and report both manually and sometimes on a computer
-Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vehicles
-Inspect and perform work on the vehicles
-Access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance
-Perform safety inspections of equipment and prepare required safety documentation
-Identify and order necessary parts

Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience performing vehicle repair and maintenance or possess auto or diesel diploma from an accredited technical school

Must be able to operate a manual transmission
Must be comfortable driving an RV
Must have communication skills and proficient computer skills
Must have own tools
Must have a valid driver's license

We are a customer-friendly and family-owned garage. Our shop has great reviews and a significant number of customers who return. We have a well-lit, large, and clean shop with plenty of room to work. Schedule is flexible.

Compensation: Hourly Pay from $25.00-$35.00 depending on experience and tools. Paid weekly every Monday.
