Tower and its affiliates were founded by the main shareholder and now Chairman of the Board, Ralph Tsour in 1993. Tower is the industry-leading provider of professional livery vehicles to the ever growing New York Metro area. Tower has developed numerous financing programs to fit the specific needs of the constantly changing industry and its consumers.

In 2006, the Company started to finance deals for customers that were purchasing cars in the dealership. This initiation was helping to grow the Company and create high profitability on the back end then on the front end.

The Company grew fast and stabilized its infrastructure. In 2012, Tower was very well positioned to serve the application companies that were penetrating the New York market. Tower is unique in that it sets itself apart from the competition by being the only company that offers all kinds of financing solutions and is a one stop shop for sales, financing, insurance and maintenance and repairs to its large fleet.

Over the course of twenty-four years, Tower has developed a great industry reputation and is continuously building new and unique business relationships and opportunities with livery providers, from small taxi companies to partnerships with application companies like UBER and Via.

From a small family-owned and operated business, Tower has grown tremendously, currently employing over 135 employees and managing a fleet of over 2,800 cars.
