At NFI Empire we are a team and no one is on their own. The CEO has put on work clothes and changed tires. The marketing girl has went out in the garage and helped on deadline projects. We have sat in the garage at 2am and laughed while eating pizza, and we have high fived as we walked out of the office on time prior to a holiday. I am not going to tell you it is all sunshine and rainbows. There are hard days, but there are many many more good days.
