Body Shop Estimator

Dealership: L0399 Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor Spring into a New Career as a Body Shop Estimator Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor is looking for a full-time Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Estimator Responsibilities: Identify, confirm, and offer resolutions to customer concerns. Estimate repair needs to customers based on vehicle inspection. Serve as the communication bridge between the customer and technician. Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner. Write accurate repair orders and estimates using ProfitNet ADP. Write accurate estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways, Mitchell, and Audatex. Qualifications: Excellent communication and time management skills. Typing and basic computer skills for entering repair orders. Strong mathematical skills to calculate service costs. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
