Position Overview

As a Tire Technician at Atlantic Automotive, you will be responsible for mounting and balancing tires, along with performing basic tire maintenance services. This position is a great opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive field.

Key Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and balance tires on a variety of vehicles.

• Inspect tires for damage and wear and advise customers on tire replacement or repair needs.

• Perform tire rotations

• Ensure that all tire services are performed accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety at all times.

• Communicate with customers about tire-related issues and offer advice on tire care.

• Ensure the proper disposal of old tires in compliance with environmental regulations.

• Assist other technicians in various tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in tire changing or automotive service is a plus, but not required.

• Strong work ethic with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers.

• Ability to lift heavy tires and work in various weather conditions.

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
