As a Development Technician, you will work in the laboratory as a member of automotive refinish technical team at Delaware, OH. You will support Refinish coatings R&D and contribute to the development of new products focusing on primers, sealers and surfacers. You will prepare paint samples and conducting tests using the Design of Experiment (DOE) methodology from Senior Chemists. This role is critical in ensuring the development and quality of our paints through testing, analysis, and documentation.
