Harco Manufacturing Group, LLC is a manufacturer of hydraulic brake hose assemblies for use in cars and trucks, including large-chassis vehicles. Harco supplies these assemblies for both OEM and aftermarket applications from our facility in Moraine, Ohio, USA. In addition to final assemblies, Harco also manufactures most of the end fittings used in those assemblies. Because of the safety-critical nature of our products, Harco ensures compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards as well as the standards of other nations where our products are sold.
Harco also constructs and sells various assemblies of other hose types, including oil cooler hose and fuel hose.
Harco’s machining, cold-forming, and assembly processes are highly error-proofed with electronic station-fault protection under PLC control, requiring highly-trained mechanical and electrical engineers to design and maintain them.
Additionally, Harco partners with parent company Qingdao Sunsong Co. Ltd., headquartered in Qingdao, Shandong, China, in joint development of hose constructions and fittings, and in process automation.
