Position Overview

As a Lube Bay Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other general maintenance tasks. This is an entry-level position with plenty of room for growth, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start a career in automotive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other essential maintenance services.
• Inspect vehicles for basic issues and identify areas that may need further attention.
• Ensure the proper disposal of used oil and fluids in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Keep the lube bay area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers about recommended services.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive maintenance or as a Lube Technician is a plus, but not required.
• A strong willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
